If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll walk you through a return.

Pieces should come back unworn and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if they are unopened.

Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
